First, this study analyzes the current situation of industrial steam condensate recyclingand the technology problems faced, and then, by analyzing the basic characteristics ofsteam condensed, the study puts forward a method, which combining the steam injectorbuck and flash degassing to make condensate pipeline pressure drop and extract the mainsource of corrosion of dissolved oxygen and carbon dioxide from the condensate, toimprove the traditional condensate recycling process. Based on the foreign advancedproducts, an enclosed full energy recovery system is designed. The mixed gas goes intoboiler deareator tank as a heat source and the degassed condensed could be sent to boilerfeed water tank directly.On the basis above, the Siemens series S7-200PLC and configuration king softwareare adopted to construct an online monitoring system. The process sensor data are collectedto the PLC and corresponded with the kingview variables. Thus, the engineering personnelcan monitor the system working conditions real-time and deal with the abnormal and faultin time, and the management personnel can realize the remote supervision and data callsthrough the network release function. All of the improvement mentioned above make thesteam condensate recycling system more secure, efficient, stable and energy saving.
