With the wide application of power electronics equipments, a great deal of power harmonic produced, which hinders the development of power electronics and countries in the world pays attention to it. Power factor correction(PFC) is an effective way to correct harmonic, good correction technology is a hot spot in power electronic fields.In the thesis, one cycle control a new parallel three-phase PFC circuit is the topic, The operation principle of one cycle control new parallel three-phase PFC circuit is analyzed in details, and the detailed design process, circuit simulation and testing results of the sample are listed. The main contents are as following:Firstly describe the purpose and significance of PFC, and development status, in connection with the current problems of traditional three-phase PFC circuit, one cycle control parallel three-phase PFC circuit is produced.In response to these shortcomings that is caused by traditional three-phase PFC circuit and control strategies, and consider with the complexity of one cycle control, the thesis proposes that the three phase input is first transformed to two phase by means of a autotransformer. Two standard single-phase PFC modules are then employed to process the two phase power to dc output, compared with traditional three-phase PFC control techniques, the proposed circuit is much simpler, multiplier have been omitted, by simulation it is proved that the new topology is a high-efficiency power factor correction circuit. In addition, this thesis proposes a magnetic balance technique for paper’s topology.Finally, based on one cycle control chip IR1150, single-phase Boost experiment circuit is built, the desired purpose of power factor correction is achieved. A300W parallel three-phase PFC circuit prototype with AC80-265V input voltage and DC485V output voltage has been made. By experimental result the proposed circuit is proved having the advantages of steady output voltage, high efficiency and high power factor.
