The reliability of high speed railway underline construction settlement deformation observation data is directly related to the effectiveness of settlement evaluation,while the rationality of the settlement evaluation method and evaluation index is related to the rationality of settlement after construction prediction.So,it that Improving the reliability of settlement deformation observation data and exploring the rationality of the settlement evaluation method and evaluation index has a certain significance.On the basis of elaborating domestic and international status and key technologies of high speed railway underline construction deformation settlement observation and evaluation, Reliing on the Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan intercity passenger dedicated railway line settlement deformation observation and evaluation project, in light if the features of high-speed railway"small quantities, large fluctuations",this paper putts forward the improvement measures and matters needing attention to improve the settlement observation precision,and it summarizes the subgrade and Bridge Settlement Deformation characteristics.Analyzing evaluation index in Technical Guidelines for Assessing of The Passenger Dedicated Railway Ballastless Track Laying Conditions, reasonable suggestions are put forward aboat the correlation coefficient and settling ratio index limit value,after using the settlement deformation observation data of Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan and the method of comparative analysis,it analyzes the application of five kinds of commonly used prediction method for the settlement of the high speed railway, finally,the suggestions using Logistic curve predictioning method in subgrade evaluation is put forward,at the same time the applicability of this method is verified.To sum up, the main contents and results are as follows:(1) More detailed summary of the research status and technical requirements of high-speed railway line construction settlement deformation monitoring and evaluation at home and abroad.(2)Through analysis of the settlement observation data of Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan passenger dedicated railway line,the thesis summarized and putted forward to measures and matters needing attention to improve the settlement deformation observation accuracy,and analyzes the settlement deformation characteristics of subgrade and bridge. (3) Analysis of high-speed railway settlement evaluation index, reasonable limiting value which is verified and analyzed for curve fitting correlation coefficient index and settling ratio index is proposed in settlement evaluation.(4) In-depth comparative analysis of the applicability of five commom Curve fitting methods-standard hyperbola method, exponential curve method, grey system GM (1,1) model, Hoshino method and Asaoka method in the high-speed railway Settlement evaluation.(5) This paper introduces a kind of curve prediction method-"logistic model prediction method"which meet high speed railway subgrade settlement deformation characteristics.and the the calculation process of the prediction method is introduced in detail,also,the applicability in the high speed railway subgrade settlement settlement is Verified.
