At present.the development of domestic high-speed railway is rapid.the maximum test speed has reached486.1kilometers per hour.it’s the world’s highest. All the high-speed railways use electric traction,and generally use the catenary/pantograph power as a means of transmission.The development of the high-speed railways is inseparable from the research of the dynamics of pantograph and catenary.So the vibration features of pantograph, current collecting performance when high speed are urgent to be improved.Now the research of the dynamics of pantograph and catenary has great importance at home and abroad. Germany.Italy and other countries each has their own system simulation software and they have played an important role in the engineering. Through the integrated use of various CAD/CAE software to establish a complete virtual prototype model of the coupling of pantograph and catenary, so active control can be reasearched.Active vibration control technology began in the1950s.From the70’s. the project areas was carried out extensive research, after80years.the active vibration control technology came into the stage of rapid development. Active vibration control technology has online, synchronization, stability, and intelligence, etc. at home and abroad it becomes one of the hot spots. This article will introduce the active control technology to the pantograph vibration system for improving the role of pantograph contact.First, in this paper, using three-dimensional software to draw a precise model of the pantograph, then it is imported into ADAMS.Using ANSYS software to mesh the mechanical spring and contact networks makes them to become flexible bodies. Next, the three—dimensional simulative model involved pantograph, catenary is set up in ADAMS.Through the simulation of the software, dynamic data can be acquired, and through the co-simulation of ADAMS and Matlab/simulink, active control can be reasearched.
