| At present some large international companies such as Alstom, Hitachi etc. produce products containing whole vehicle and electric drive system, they have combination test systems and meet production design requirements. Some domestic large locomotive works have same type test inspection system using products advantages, but accessory manufacturers are basic blank in this field.In order to innovate introduction technology localization, understand EMU’s product design core technology and master first-hand test data, company should carry out combination test with motor, converter and transformer etc. by car body system simulation. The existing test conditions do not satisfy the requirements, which needs to design and develop a suitable combination test system for company’s products.After this combination test system developed, it will provide good support for simulation whole locomotive test conditions of domestic railway accessory manufacturers products, solve the company’s problems for insufficient basic conditions and no way to test some specific items of motor or converter and it has good practical significance.This article describes a certain EMU combination test requirements. Company uses Think&Do and S7-300control software, performs equipment selection aiming at modified EMU actual operating conditions and designs and designs combination test system for modified EMU AC traction electric drive system. The involved contents include:1. According to the company’s existing test equipment conditions, main power supply comes from company’s10kV power grid. We design a set of power supply system consisting of10kV switch cabinet,2500kW synchronous generator set,3.15kV switch cabinet,2500kVA single phase step-up transformer with load variable voltage,25kV switch cabinet,25kV voltage transformer cabinet and its associated network to meet test supply requirements;2. Simulate and design car body actual load using resistor, use Think&Do and S7-300control software, set up control and inspection system, analog network voltage changes, braking, reversing and failure for effect and correction of control and inspection system.3. Design motor and converter combination test system suitable for company’s EMU products with tested electric drive system to perform match commissioning and cross-validation and meet the test program requirements with combination test. 4. Generalize development methods for motor and converter combination test system and provide reference to design and development of other electric machines products and converter combination test system. |
