As the main equipment of yinchuan east ±660 kV on the converter transformer, is currently the single capacity of converter transformer, the largest in the world because of ningdong-Qingdao±660 kV HVDC project for domestic construction for the first time, the domestic electric power construction, scientific research units no ± 660 kV for converter transformer field test equipment and experience. ± 660 kV kv for the structure characteristics of the converter transformer, determines its particularity, mainly the high voltage, long sleeve, relative to the ± 800/500 kV converter transformer field test more difficult, and required test equipment has high test voltage and technical parameters. Under the condition of domestic lack of existing mature testing equipment, study the structure characteristic of the converter transformer and the field test method, the required equipment. Uhv converter transformer field test device research through to the domestic production of all kinds of voltage level, capacity, performance parameters of the converter transformer. Investigation, research and analysis, put forward to meet all kinds of ± 660、800 kV and ± 500 kV for converter transformer field test of the minimum requirements, and their respective equipment optimal allocation scheme is put forward. System, statistics, analysis and calculation of the argument to ± 500 kV test of converter transformer capacity calculation, plus or minus ± 800 kV converter transformer to experiment parameter calculation, determine can meet the field test of uhv converter transformer no partial discharge frequency test of power supply, transformer excitation test and the best structure, parameter and configuration, parallel compensation reactor using plan, ensure that the device can meet the sun mountain-zhejiang ± 800 kV uhv dc transmission engineering and consider the ± 800 kV HVDC project field test needs. Finally using the device complete yinchuan east ± 800 kV converter transformer partial discharge and long induced overvoltage withstand test.
