Research On Transport Capacity And Resourcers For Railway Passenger Transport

With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy, the growing passenger demand for rail transport makes the contradictions between transport and traffic increasingly prominent. Order to adapt to the needs of the market, Ministry of Railways would adjust of the passenger train operation diagram and the whole road resources of passenger transport capacity in the period of "Golden Week","Spring Festival" Etc. Now, the management approach of China’s railway resources of passenger transport capacity get behind and the efficiency is low. So building a management system for railway passenger transport capacity resource was in line with the actual requirements by the status of China’s railway passenger transport.Firstly, after analyzing of the research background, research status, the main content and technology roadmap of the paper was proposed. Then, the paper elaborated on the railway passenger transportation management agencies and functions、passenger transport management status、the concept of capacity of resources and factors that affect the allocation of transport capacity resource.Secondly, according to the theory of systems analysis, All aspects of railway passenger transportation capacity resource management such as system users、business、demand、data management needs and system performance was analyzed.Thirdly, on the basis of the actual system requirements, the paper studied objectives and principles of system design, put forward system architecture based on C/S mode, draw the flow chart and data flow diagram of railway passenger capacity resource management system, divided the overall system function.Finally, based on the above analysis, system functions and database was carried out a detailed analysis and design. On the basis of system requirements analysis and functional analysis, system function interface was brought out by development tool. Technology of report generation and graphics rendering in system implementation process was also studied.
