Study On The Transformation Of Old Industrial Building Based On The Phenomenon Of Transparency

This paper is paying close attention to the transformation and renewal theory of old industrial buildings that is belong to the secondary level of architecture design. Take all kinds of old industrial buildings which have historical and cultural significance as the objects of this study, and take the phenomenon of transparency design method in the transformation of old buildings as a research direction, to explore the deep connotations of the transformation of old buildings. And specific focus on the space shape, form innovative approaches, the connotation of the expression methods which are all connected with the theory of transparency used in the renewal design in industrial buildingsBased on the theory of building morphology, construction phenomenological theory, the construction of visual perception theory, Gestalt theory of psychological and architectural context, this paper analysis the importance of a different perspective of design of the of old industrial buildings, and then give a direction that phenomenological transparency is a effective method to solve the problems in transformation design. Followed by analysis of the phenomenological transparency theory related to the transformation of industrial buildings, this paper is exploring the transformation design points in different levels, and take real cases for example. Finally, we can conclude the pedigree design method of phenomenological transparency in the transformation of old industrial buildings, then put the theory method to specific operation, thus make a useful discuss on Chinese urban renewal in the context of inherited and old industrial buildings transformation design methods.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the basic part, discusses the background, significance and the theoretical method of the study, leads to find a newer perspective of the transformation of old industrial building design.The second chapter analyzes the affection of phenomenological transparency theory in architecture design, especially in old industrial building design area which is involved in both historical and contemporary community. So that the theories "simultaneity","space-time","interpenetration","superimposition" and "ambivalence" of transparency are ideally suited for transformational design. Chapter three is based on chapter two, combined with the analysis of typical cases at home and abroad to research the performance of phenomenological transparency in the transformation of old industrial buildings, clarify the method to generate content an forms and the Spatial effects. Chapter four analyzes three aspects of the relevance of the plot, Evolution model of the old and new order, morphological expression system, describe the phenomenon of transparent organizational model of forms, Thus reflects the transformation of old industrial building multiple interpretation in time, event and space, fully demonstrated its profound meaning.The fifth chapter summarizes organizational approaches of phenomenological transparency in the transformation of old industrial buildings, including urban context, composition, space remodeling as well as internal and external relations. And explains the specific application in different aspects, shows a clear direction of the morphology and spatial processing in phenomenon of transparent transformation design.
