| At present, direct torque control, constant voltage frequency ratio control and vector control are the practical technologies in adjust speed field, the vector control technology is already quite mature in the practical engineering application. Based on the advantages of vector control technology such as the high voltage utilization of DC, the good performance on dynamic and low-speed, and wide speed regulation range, this paper use the vector control for AC motor speed control.The main works of this paper are:(1) Based on the mathematical model of induction motor, the electromagnetic relation is analyzed, the mathematical model under different coordinates are established, the multi-variable, strong coupling and nonlinear characteristics are point out.(2) Based on the strongpoint analysis of vector control technology, the voltage space vector control strategy is simulated by the Matlab/Simulink simulation model.(3) The speed control system of small power asynchronous motor is designed, TMS320F2808is used as the control chip, the PM50CL1A060module is used as the power module, the vector control system hardware platform is set up, the relative experiments are carried through, the results verify the practicability of the experimental platform. |
