In recent years, with the appearance of the new power electron apparatus and microprocessor and the development of the control theory on the Alternating Current (AC) motor, the technology of variable frequency speed variation has improved rapidly. Vector control is one of the strategies for the AC motor drive with high performance. And it has been applied everywhere in the industries. This paper does some research works of the vector control technology based on rotator field oriented and then designs the whole system with DSP.Vector control technology solve the problem of strongly— coupled and torque control in a AC motor, then make the control effect similar to the DC motor for a AC motor. The author does the research on the algorithms of sf-vector control and introduces fuzzy control into the speed loop of sf-vector control system for an induction motor. A two dimension fuzzy controllers with self-tuning are introduced and the structure of the control system is given. Simulation research with MATLAB is done based on above mentioned. The result shows that the vector control system with fuzzy controllers in an induction motor improves the fuzzy controller's steady-state precision and dynamic performance, and they are insensitive to the disturbance which is caused by the change of the load and motor parameters, so they can make system more robust than conventional PI controller.This paper designs a hardware platform of vector control system based on the high performance DSP (TMS320Lf2407A). Finishes the design and debug of hardware system and does some routine experiments by using the platform. The result verifies the feasibility of the hardware scheme.At the same time, the author finished the software programming and given the a flowchart for the software system based on DSP. The system uses the structure of sequence and it can be interrupted by a sub-routine at any moment. The programming uses a mixed method of C and Assembly so that it is can work...
