Non-circular gears can meet the requirements of random variable transmission for theunique characteristics of kinematics and geometry of the driving, which are used more andmore in all kinds of machinery. This topic is more about the research of the first threenon-circular planetary gear mechanism, its main characteristic is that the planet roundsection curve is round, and the central wheel in the machinery and the gear mechanism ofannular gear are respectively for triply periodic plane curve and forth periodic plane curve.This paper is based on the analysis of the change non-circular gear planet centerdistance and deduce the pitch curve equation of the non-circular gears. Summarizes the designprocedures of the pitch curve, then calculate the reasonable gears parameters according to thecourse of transmission section that should meet the two curve conditions and adopt the tool ofMatlab for programming, calculate and generate the graphics of the non-circular gears pitchcurve. Accurately draw out the two kinds of tooth profile of non-circular gears by usingCAXA for its good ability of two dimensional graphs, and then calculate the number of teeththrough VB6.0.draw out the tooth profile of non-circle gear of the three-dimensional entitygraph drawing in the three-dimensional entity graph by using the tool of Solidworks.On the basis of above theories, according to the motion relationship of the first threenon-circular planetary gears, using the mathematic analytic methods to analyze and calculatethe trajectory of the planet and the center speed of the movement, then get the parameters intothe related graphics.Finally simply narrate several non-circular gears processing methods (mainly aims at thefirst three oval-shaped gear), and explain the wire-cutting processing in detail. After obtainingthe parameters of the gear that offer the necessary foundation for further studying aboutnon-circular gears mechanism.
