Design Of New Intelligent Monitor And Control Device For10kV Circuit Breaker Based On DSP And SCM

With the development of the national smart grid, the state electricity system more intelligent. Breaker as the connectivity and segmented the electrical power system at the same time to protect the system failure of the power system security and stability to run plays a vital role breaker intelligent monitoring equipment developed has a very important significance.This paper presents a combination of two chips based on DSP and SCM lOkV breaker intelligent design of the monitoring equipment. The main features of this design are:First, the combination of DSP and SCM design, making two chips in the computing and real-time control to give full play to their advantages, to meet the functions of monitoring and control of the site on the intelligent monitoring device functional requirements; Secondly, according to the requirements of the system integration of smart grid construction, the design will be the measurement of harmonics into the conventional electricity (voltage,current,active power,reactive power,power factor and Etc.) measurement, which is to enhance the integration of the power system equipment, in line with the general requirements of the national grid smart grid construction. In the design of the monitoring equipment failure to predict the alarm program, making the monitoring equipment is more intelligent. On the communications front, the design is not only a traditional circuit breaker controller "four remote functions, and can power communication protocol IEC61850upload information to the dispatch center. The article also provides a DSP and SCM communication solutions.Based on the experimental prototype testing shows that most features of the prototype has basically reached the desired design requirements10kV breaker monitoring devices in the future there is a certain reference value.
