Smart substation is an important foundation and support for a strong smart grid,and application of intelligent devices and advanced intelligence are the main features of smart substation.In smart substation,circuit breakers are liable to faults because it operates frequently in electric and mechanism.It provides the basis for smart substation to realize circuit breaker on-line monitoring and remote control.Under the background of high voltage circuit breaker condition monitoring history,current status and trends,in this paper we have designed a framework for on-line condition monitoring device for high voltage circuit breaker of substation and have resolved some problem.Electrical endurance is the most important index of circuit breaker's endurance life.With fuzzy diagnosis theory,a fuzzy diagnosis model of high voltage circuit breaker's electrical life is resented in this paper.And it is used for forecasting and assessing electrical endurance.In addition,based on improved relative electrical wear and electrical life method,the wear limit of contact is directly used for defining circuit breaker electrical life.The latter make up the deficiency of fuzzy diagnosis method,improving the level of condition monitoring.The paper design the device for on-line condition monitoring of high voltage circuit breaker.The device can monitor and analyze mechanical characteristics,electrical endurance,states of secondary operation circuit of breakers.we have designed system hardware,software program and detailed software Subroutine design of mechanical endurance,electrical endurance,states of secondary operation circuit.
