In order to ensure the safe operation of distribution systems and know the status of distribution system operation,there is a need that parameters should be measured and monitored in time,and then be sent to the control center.The low-voltage circuit breaker functions are from the initial distribution system for breaking up and closing the normal lines and breaking into the fault line to achieve the breaker sitings of electrical parameter measurement and protection,reports to the police and so on.obviously with the remote monitoring needs,but also hope that it is communication. The various electrical parameters and actual operating results are uploaded to the control center in a timely,also under the control center instructions to achieve the switching circuit breaker.But in the present market,the circuit breaker uses the RS-485 communication in the correspondence aspect.It has some limitations on the transmission distrance and transmission mechanism.This article preposes one kind based on the CAN main line mailing address,has the obvious superiority,specially in CAN network any node could be used as the main node,since could with other node exchange data,and completely solves the drawback that node can not takes the inititative to exchange datas to main node in the RS-485 communication.Along with the electric power enterprise rapid development,the power supply quality requirement is more and more high.Regarding supplies in the electrical power distribution system,many circuit breakers request to be able to realize the networking correspondence,the centralism monitoring and so on.Therefore realizing the long-distance monitoring low-voltage intelligent circuit breaker as a result of the current efforts to explore many businesses and factories in the direction.Also proposes some long-distance correspondence ways,such as telephone digit dialing,electric power carrier,microwave communication,optical fiber and so on.But they all more or less have the limitation,is not very suitable for distribution automation system.With the development of GPRS wireless network supplied by china mobile,it is possible to develop the intelligent monitoring system for circuit breaker.On this basis,using the scene of electricity distribution for the basic unit,various breakers carry on the information joint by the CAN-bus,meanwhile industrial computer of power distribution undertakes the main function of intelligence transmission processing,to under,carries on the communication by CAN-bus with various circuit breakers,upwardly carries on the communication by GPRS network with long-distance monitoring center.This article gives the method that GPRS wireless network can be regarded as the communication link to design the remote real-time monitoring system for intelligent circuit breakers in network.In the article,Fistly,the domestic and foreign power distribution automated system's development status are elaborated.The intelligent circuit breaker concept is also given.The article analysis several correspondence ways which the present domestic power distribution supervisory system uses,on the basis of GPRS network as a low-voltage circuit breaker Intelligent Remote Monitoring System transmission medium.Then,The overall system design is given.the system functions and design ideas are analyzed,and the design of low-voltage circuit breaker intelligent remote monitoring system is realized.Importantly,the CAN communication interface circuit design of intelligent circuit breaker,data acquisition and control module designs, memory circuit design,real-time clock circuit design,liquid crystal display circuit design and urgent breakdown judgement circuit design are introduced.The designs of GPRS embedded hardware and software are discussed in more details in this paper.At the end of this article,I summarized the full article,put forward the method of improvement and the prospect of this product.
