Conflict management is the management of a very theoretical and practical significance. Under the premise of the economic environment and policy change, only the continuous improvement of the level of project management and management capacity, in order to achieve the purpose of the project design is expected, the greatest degree of control investment risk, the maximum degree of the project stakeholders to obtain their respective interests. The power project itself has a strong complex, involving stakeholders more complex relationships throughout the implementation process involves the project objectives, schedule, quality, technical issues, the cost of the project, resource allocation, management procedures and other factors and links predictable and poor coordination can easily lead to conflict, in addition to the investment and risk management on the macro and micro levels of the project, is the project’s stakeholders into project process, the formation of different types of conflict.This paper aims to project owners and project managers aware of the conflict for the project objectives, the impact of the project management process, management, analyze the conflict in the project implementation process and how to manage the conflict. I believe that managers in today’s economic environment only continue to improve the project management level and ability to take advantage of all project-related resources, to effectively control the various risks, in order to achieve the project investment is expected to design, and project stakeholders rightful interests.In this paper case power projects, power projects is more complex, more stakeholders, management of many links, can easily lead to conflict in the implementation process; also significant because the people’s livelihood significance of power projects.This thesis is the study of conflict, conflict management and basic theory and relevant literature on the basis of actual case analysis, the thesis is divided into:the first part of Introduction to the second part of the basic overview of conflict management, the third part of the conflict management the basic theory, Part IV A Project Overview, Part V project conflict situations, the sixth part of the conflict management overview of Part VII A project of Conflict Management, Part VIII Conclusions. The case has its own particularity, but also a lot of power projects common, so I hope the A project, corporate or other power projects to provide a reference.
