Research On Hybird Active Power Filter

The rapid development of power electronics technology has brought us a better life,accompanying we put forward higher requirements on the power quality of powersystem. Harmonics pollution and reactive power in the power system is becoming moreand more noticed. Active Power Filter is an effective device for treatment of harmonicsand reactive power compensation.This article takes shunt active power filter as the research object to introduce thework principle of shunt APF and the instantaneous reactive power theory in details, andimproved the traditional ip-iq harmonics detecting method. It adopts the averageharmonic detection method for harmonic current detection and then validates thismethod simulation experiment. The results for different load conditions had very goodeffect. It used space voltage vector technology (SPVWM) on the compensating currentcontrol strategy, so as to bring better compensation effect for system and faster dynamicresponse.It has analyzed the20KVA Shunt Active Power Filter’s main circuit and itsperipheral device, and mainly discussed the design of IPM module, buffer circuit anddriver protection circuit. According to some research those I had done before, i obtainedthe selection method of the value of DC bus voltage and capacitance, AC inductancevalues as well.Finally, is given based on DSP (TMS320F28335)+CPLD (EPM7256AE) as thecore of the digital control system, control system hardware circuit and software systemsfor the study. According to the Matlab simulation and experimental results, it showedthat at the situation of symmetrical and asymmetrical loads of three-phase and themutation of the current, the harmonic current detection method and the DC bus voltagecontrol method were feasible and obtained good effect.
