A Study On Landscape Planning Model Of Beijing Hutong Scenic Area

The alley is an important unit of Beijing old town, carrying an important element ofChina’s historical and cultural. Over the years, physical entities and social structure of alleyhave undergone tremendous changes.These changes will guide us to better conduct of the alleyto protect and update. In this study, the concept, classification, function, changes ofdevelopment, value of protection will be systematically analyzed.After summarizing previousstudies instance,analyzing the existing problems of the old city alley and the reasons of errorsin planning,this study will put forward the design theory including the guiding ideology, designcontent and design principles,at the same time, put forward the detailed planning of the alleylandscape mode theory, concrete manifestation of design theory in specific cases. I choose fishbone-shaped alley as the planning object. I determine the representative in the fish bone-shapedalley South Luogu Alley as the final planning object. Through field research, survey researchtechniques and SWOT analysis I find the problems in the landscape planning and establishlandscape planning objectives and detailed planning scheme. Departure from the methods andperspectives of landscape planning,I try to solve the problems in the protection and renewal ofNanluoguxiang region. Prove the practical value of the landscape planning theory.
