The Research For The Protection And Renovation In The Historical Blocks In Beijing From The Perspective Of South Luogu Lane

Nowadays, along the rapid economic the development in china, the process of urbanization and industrialization is continuously accelerated and we are facing with more and more cultural shocks and challenges. Historical blocks in the city are taking passive roles in the cultural shocks, and it is endangered. Assuming that the destruction of the historical and cultural blocks, then personalization in our city will be gradually weakened and historic context will be constantly being cut off. What’s more, the behindhand traditional protection modes disjoint the social form and the development. So, we begin to search the sustainable protection ways to effectively protect the historical blocks. With The successful case study of historical blocks at home and abroad, and also the research to these design methods and thoughts, trying to find new concepts and design principles for the protection and renovation of historical blocks, thus to ensure the development and continuation.This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction which tells the research background, goal and the significance, the research content, thoughts and methods, and puts forward the imagination of results.The second chapter is divided into two parts. First introduces the concept of the historical blocks, as well as the current development situation at home and abroad. The second part will give an introduction of the typical city cases of historical blocks at home and abroad, and find out new principles and methods to the historical blocks.The third chapter introduces the basic characteristics of the historic blocks in our country, together with present situation in China, and concrete analysis problems of historic blocks in Beijing from different angles, thus puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The fourth chapter mainly discusses new concepts, principles and methods for the protection and renovation of historical blocks in Beijing. Under the guidance of principles and methodsThe fifth chapter focuses on the case study of South Luogu Xiang Beijing, and get reference to its protection and renovation.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospection.Hoping to get acceleration to the protection and renovation of historical blocks in our country.
