Study On Water Park Planning And Design Based On Characteristics Of Urban Rivers And Lakes

Urban rivers and lakes which are important carriers of water resources，play an importantrole in flood control, water storage and ecological protection and they have many other functions.As an important turning point in the history of water conservancy construction, water park willguide the new ideas and new development direction of China’s water conservancy construction.With the building needs of the ecological city and garden city, the construction of urban riversand lakes water park has been put on the agenda. However, due to the late start of developmentand construction, the relevant theoretical research is still in short. Therefore, research on theplanning and design of urban rivers and lakes water park is not only necessary, but also verymeaningful.By comparison with other types of water park and the collation of relevant information,firstly, this article analyzes some existing problems in rivers’ planning and design, such asconflicts among flood control, land use, ecological environment and scenic planning, and theconflict between social interest and economic interest. And then, proposes the existing problemsin the planning and design of urban rivers and lakes water park. Finally, from the planning anddesign levels to investigate and combined with relevant cases analysis, obtains the method of theplanning and design of urban rivers and lakes water park. The main research contents and resultsare as follows:(1)Through the comparative analysis of various types of water parks’ scenic resources,environmental quality, development and utilization conditions, social values, summarizes thecharacteristics of urban rivers and lakes water park.(2) By discussing the scenic features, existing problems, and related laws and regulations,proposes some points in the planning theory system that should be completed.(3) In the planning level, proposes the planning strategies and methods for urban rivers andlakes water park on resource conservation, ecological rehabilitation, land use coordination, roadtraffic, sightseeing settings, tourism and management.(4) In the design level, achieves good combination of scenic ecological, cultural, landscapeand tourism through the design of multi-natural river and lake, green corridors and buffer,cultural continuity and heritage of innovation, the design of hydrophilic landscape and scenicnight view.(5) By the integration of relevant research results, puts forward the preparation of theoutline that has the universal guiding significance of urban rivers and lakes water park planning.
