WiTricity (Wireless elecTricity), of which this article is written on the basis, is a technology used in the region of wireless power transmission. Firstly, coupled mode theory is quoted from the original book and expanded to talk about. Additionally, the equivalence between circuit theory and coupled mode theory has been proved in this paper. Ground on this equivalence, deeply analyzed the various kinds of coupling between prime series resonant circuit and secondary series resonant circuit. Secondly the schemes of putting the matched circuits of L, T and π types into the load end in order to improve the characteristic of the whole system have been given out and the formulae of every component used in the all kinds of matched circuits have been quantized at the same time.Basic on the theoretical analysis, not only have utilized equivalent circuits to simulate and verified the realization of WiTricity technology in the aspect of highly efficient wireless power transmission with the distance which is several times larger than the character size of resonant coils, but the data and waveform from the results of simulation experiments also clearly show the promotion of the system performance brought by the matched circuits of L, T and π types, which provide the effective theoretical foundation and data support to the building of experimental circuits model.
