| Due to the long time high speed state in thermal power plant,the equipment failure occurred frequently.Even a small failure may cause a chain reaction,and resulting in huge economic losess or even disaster consequences.Therefore,we must take control of the thermal power plant equipment condition to make a reliable foresee of the health status of them. In this case,we may prolong the life of equipment and avoid accidents.However,the traditional wired connections have many inevitable disadvantages,such as:network maintenance difficulties,hard for people to approach,the disturbance between power supply, huge wires increased the potential danger,also cannot assure the real-time ability,reliability and stability,even restrained the optimize,judge and make-decision of the equipment state.For solving these problems,a new type and wireless network is urgently required.For this purpose,we developed a thermal power plant equipment state monitoring system base on wireless sensor network. This essay analyzes the special environment and design requirement of thermal power plant equipment,considered the actual environment,researched the hardware and software of thermal power plant equipment monitoring system. Based on these work,designed the hardware of wireless sensor node,within EZradioPRO and modules peripheral circuit,and PCB panel,and designed the node with property of wireless test communication. With the language C++Builder,the host machine program was developed.Using overall system test and performance analysis,proved this system can measure the temperature and vibration of thermal power plant equipment,and verified the correctness and practicability of the system. |
