Research On Emergency Plan Management Of Power Grid Dispatching In B City Electric Power Company

In recent years,the economy of B city has entered a stage of rapid development,and the users of large-scale industrial and high-grade power supply have gradually increased.The security and reliability of power grid has been tested repeatedly.At present,there are many problems in the power grid structure of B City Power Company,and the emergency plan of electric power dispatching center has a large loophole.However,the preparation,rehearsal,evaluation,dynamic adjustment and revision can not guarantee the standardization,scientificity and validity of emergency plan in practice.Therefore,it is very necessary and imminent to carry on scientific emergency plan management of the power grid dispatching.This paper takes the emergency plan management of power grid dispatching of B City Electric Power Company as the research object.Under the guidance of theories related to emergency management,it makes an in-depth analysis by literature research,field investigation,comparative analysis,case study and other methods.Then it has identified problems such as unscientific preparation of emergency plan,poor drilling effect,missing evaluation process and poor interface with superior plan.Besides,in view of these problems,it studies the relevant improvement strategies.Firstly,the improvement of the preparation of the plan,including the establishment of the preparation group,the improvement of basic elements,so as to enhance the professional level of the personnel.Secondly,the improvement of the rehearsal,including the optimization of the "unpredictable" rehearsal,full communication,the optimization of emergency response process and the formation of formal rectification opinions.Thirdly,the evaluation system of emergency plan should be optimized,and the evaluation process should be continuously optimized from pre-evaluation and post-evaluation.Fourthly,strengthen the connection of the plan,including the connection of the emergency procedure,the connection of the emergency disposal plan and the connection of the emergency resources.Finally,in order to implement the improvement plan smoothly,it puts forward the personnel training,team building,the measures of reward and accountability.Based on the study of emergency plan management in engineering management,this paper discusses and provides the measures to optimize the emergency plan management of B City Electric Power Company.The safety and reliability of the power supply of power grid in B city will be improved after improving the emergency plan system,plan preparation,plan evaluation,plan rehearsal and plan revision,so as to guarantee the leap-forward development.
