Electric energy is the main power source of oil production.Distribution network energy loss is very large in oil field,and the efficiency of the beam pumping unit motor is very low.The distribution network and beam pumping unit motor have great energy saving potentiality.According to the energy efficiency situation of electrical equipments and power supply line in oil field, the thesis analyzes energy saving methods which were commonly used in oil field.And a energy efficiency optimization system based on power line communication is designed.The collected field data can be applied in reducing the losses of distribution network by reactive power optimization of power supply line. Workers in substation also can control the beam pumping unit whose controller has a communication interface by the monitoring system,so the intermittent recovery technique can be used in energy saving.Considered the equipment cost and operation cost,the low voltage power line communication and two way automatic communication were used in data communication. The simulation of multichannel transmission which can improve the two way automatic communication speed greatly has been done.The experiment of energy efficiency optimization system based on low voltage power line communication and two way automatic communication has been carried out in Daqing Oil Field.Active power, reactive power, energy and power-factor can be collected the data monitoring system.The effect of beam pumping unit motor load characteristics on the transformer loss calculation is analyzed in this thesis.The reactive compensation on distribution feeders is analyzed,which is helpful to the optimization of the distribution feeders energy efficiency.Intermittent recovery technique is commonly used in the middle and later field life. The long-distance control of beam pumping unit motor starts and stops has been realized by the using of the low voltage power line communication and two way automatic communication. The field data of the beam pumping unit motor in a stroke collected by the energy efficiency optimization system can be used in drawing indicator diagram.The running state of beam pumping unit can be obtained through the indicator diagram.
