The coordinated control system in a large scale thermal power plant is a typical nonliear time-varying multivariable control system. At present, the control of complex system has become a popular research direction in the domestic and foreign control science and engineering area. This paper mainly studies the issues of modeling and control strategies for the coordinated control system of a supercritical600MW unit. First, the model for the coordinated control system is built by means of the mechanism modeling methods;Then, the dynamic matrix predictive control approach is employed in the coordinated control system of the supercritical unit.Simulation examples are given to validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Finally, in order to improve the response speed of the thermal power plants participating in the AGC of power grid, several solutions are proposed based on the tuning and optimization of the two units in Guodian Power Dalian Zhuanghe Generation Co.,Ltd.:mixing burning lignite, fast response of primary frequency modulation, fast tracking of AGC, and so on. |
