Load Forecasting And City Power Network Capacity Expansion For Jiande Power System

Electric power industry is not only the basis of economic development, but also is important in the public utilities. With the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy as well as the urbanization process which is speeding up gradually, how to build the regional economic development that supports the electric power network is becoming a top priority. Power grid construction should not only develop harmoniously with power supplies and loads, but also should has advanced mental consciousness. Therefore, rational electric power network capacity expansion is turned out to be very necessary.There are already much reseach works on power system capacity expansion and great application achievements are obtained.Now in county power network researching field, it is a key subject to make theoretic research achievements more implementable by multi-angle and full-orienation studies on county power network capacity expansion utilizing advanced scientific methods and former research acheivements. The problems of load forecasting, pubstation location and transmission network planning are the most important and difficult. Load forecasting is foundation of county power network capacity expansion. Substation is the junction of county power network. Transmission network is the bridge of county power network.This thesis is closely focused on the JianDe regional development planning and the "Twelve-Five" platform, moreover, the article is expounded the demands of economic development from the electric power construction. Depending on the research of JianDe electric power system, from the demands of electric power network, this article is elaborated on the current system situation and also finded the weak points; According to the JianDe regional economic development situation, the article collected the data in recent years, and forecasted grid loads and the total electric power from the "Twelveth Five Year Plan" to2020; Simultaneously, the article collected the using-land of center city planning, fully considered the growth of electric power demands and the loads of space distribution, used Space Load Forecast principle for partition load forecasting. Through the understanding of grid structure and the predicting of loads, the article drawed up the corresponding electric power network capacity expansion strategies, elaborated the JianDe electric power network in the short-term and long-term capacity expansion, also raised the evaluation after the planning.
