| Wind energy source is increasingly valued as a kind of clear energy with aggravation of environmental problems and the shortage of resources. Wind power plant has the points of short period construction and flexible scale installed, without SO2and NOX discharged. Huitengliang wind power plant is located Inner Mongolia, Xilingol Ebagaqi. The region is the million kilowatts site of wind farms in Xilingol because of the rich wind power resource and the stable wind direction. It is unavoidable to make earth surface vegetation deterioration and water and soil erosion during the wind power plant constructed.The paper adopts field survey and remote sensing interpretation, from the soil and vegetation and landscape to research the effect of ecological environment of wind power plant construction. This research has achieved major studied results as follows:(1) The trends of soil nutrients is downward in the disturbed areas when the wind power plant constructed. The SOMã€TNã€TP that plants growth needed decreased especially. It’s related to the land use types. Compare to the disturbed areas of overhaul road and cable duct, the soil nutrients in wind turbines foundation decreased most. The soil nutrients in cable duct decreased secondly, and the overhaul road decreased least.(2) The variaty and uniformity in disturbed areas is lower than the control areas. Among the three Survey points, the species richness indices and diversity indices of herb layer in overhaul road is higher than that in cable duct and wind turbines foundation. Under the same conditions, the characteristic of plant communities in disturbed areas is related to the disturbing degree. The disturbing degree in different is:wind turbines foundation> overhaul road> cable duct.(3)The land use pattern was changed because of the construction of wind power plant, the grassland transformed to industrial estate. The degree of aggregation and connectivity was changed because of the construction of wind power plant. It inevitably affected the landscape ecological functions.(4) The ecological protection and restoration is a long term operation.it should be adopted throughout the period of construction and operation. |
