The Research Of Daqing City,Residential Area On Landscape Design

Sanyong Lake District is the typical demonstration zone for Daqing City’s construction of being "giant city, regional center city, high-tech modernization city and ecological garden city". It is also the main area for development and construction area of Longfeng District, Dongcheng District. The waterfront landscape of Sanyong Lake District will be one of the most important landscapes, as well as the important space for communicating, entertainment and relaxing, providing a platform for presenting the residents’ livelihood and humanistic content. With the Daqing City’s high-speed economic developing, the transition of social economy and people’s increasing environmental consciousness, residential district landscape becoming the new hot spot of country development and construction.By studying relevance theory and doing research on residential landscape design developing of domestic and overseas, we provide theoretical basis for environmental landscape planning of residential areas of Sanyong Lake District. In this paper, we pick up three typical cases which have the same area advantages and geographical features as Sanyong Lake Distric for reference. By doing researching on current situation of Daqing City’s residential district landscape, we take "Yanhucheng"residential,"JingYuan" residential "LongNan" residential as sample causing their unique representative of different periods. According to analyzing and comparing the current situation of these three residential areas, we can come to conclusion that current residential environmental landscape planning of Daqing City has a lot of shortages, such as lacking of integrity and the environment, weakening of the design details of the humane, environmental lack of intimacy, ignoring the sustainable development of the landscape, single plant landscape, low level of eco-design problem. Targeting to these shortages, we provide coping strategies for improving.This paper takes the residential areas’ environmental landscape planning of Sanyong Lake District as its practice object to prove the maneuverability of its designing strategy. Basis on field research and its current landscape planning shortages and designing strategy, we provide specific designing procedures and principle. During landscape planning, we emphasize on overall plan and landscape structure. Based on current location, geographic and social environment of Sanyong District and for the respect of local features and lakefront advantages, we present this design idea and general plotting which take full use of its geographical advantages to build lakefront landscape, provide planning and design instruction for this kind of residential areas.After implementation, we take residential areas’ planning and design of Sanyong Lake District as an research sample to do a comparative study. By using questionnaire survey, satisfaction survey and close observation, we will find the shortages and problem on planning and design of Sanyong Lake District on residential environment landscape planning, landscape, facilities, design style and sites and other comprehensive assessment, and analyzes the reasons, show countermeasures and solutions after the proposed lay a good foundation. Finally, through the residents view feedback and integration, and residential area that three of the landscape lake environment the problems to be pay attention to details, and then puts forward improvement strategies for residential areas’environmental landscape planning of Sanyong Lake District, which is not only to test and verify the original planning design, but also to enrich and perfect the original planning design strategy. This is also a second leaps-process from theory to practice after practice-from the theory, which has important practical significance to the development of residential environment landscape planning and design of Daqing city.
