| With the rapid development of fashion industry, the need of all kinds of industrial sewingmachine is expands unceasingly. With the improvement of science and technology in theworld, the need of upgrade of sewing industry automation equipment is imminent. Therefore,combining the development situation of industrial sewing machine control system, it’s ofimportant significance and application value to develop industrial sewing machine automationcontrol system. The design and development of industrial sewing machine which is based onbrushless dc motor will be introduced in the article.The article introduces the overall plan of the brushless dc motor control system based onSH7125according to the application requirement of the sewing machine. Detailed introducesthe structure and advantage of the RENESAS single chip microcomputer, It sets up amathematical model of the BLDCM on the basis of having analyzed the structure and thecharacteristics of the BLDCM. In accordance with the need of the industrial sewing machine’sperformance, the paper also provides the double loop-locked control structure of velocity andelectric current, simulation with Matlab/Simulink. It analyzes the accurate positioning of thesystem and presents a new kind of reversing lock brake parking control method, and thereforesolves the quick braking problem for the system.This article provides the hardware and the software design of the control system for theindustrial sewing machine. The hardware part includes power board, control panel andexternal keyboard three parts. Main circuit, power driven electric circuit, foot pedals controlcircuit, electromagnet drive circuit, current detection circuit, logical protection circuit,man-machine interface and serial communication circuit, etc. Use Multisim to analysis. HEWis the software platform, using C language design the system control procedures, someprocedure flowcharts of main program are offered and the control precision of the system wastest by Labview.The industrial sewing machine control system based on BLDCM can automatically trimthread and carry press foot, smooth speed control. It’s improved the system precision,reliability and stability etc. The testing results indicate that the designed system cancompletely meet the demand of sewing and has good cost performance and good marketprospect as well. |
