With the application of brushless DC motor is gradually enlarged, the research on the brushless DC motor control system of fast response speed, high control precision and strong regulation performance has an important significance.In view of the current brushless DC motor speed regulation system research status and deficiencies, this paper focus on studing the brushless DC motor speed control system based on TVFSTM6810332 with fuzzy PID.This paper first details the structure and working principle of brushless DC motor, establishs the brushless DC motor mathematical model and dynamic transfer function, and then analyzes the operation characteristics of brushless DC motor and summarizes speed regulating methods.Secondly,this paper describes the main forms of automatic control system and the PID control theory, then analyses the effects of the three parameters of PID on regulating effect and sums up the PID parameter tuning rules combined with the actual operation experience.This paper describes fuzzy control theory and its principle and the basic structure of fuzzy controller,then analyses the advantage of its application on nonlinear system and focuses on the analysis of the fuzzy PID controller design process.Designed two sets of brushless DC motor fuzzy PID speed control system and make a comparison,then determine the Fuzzy PID double closed loop speed control system scheme.The fourth chapter carrys on the simulink simulation of the program,which sets up the Simulink model of the key modules which are described and analyzed,The simulation results show that the system has strong robustness and good dynamic characteristics,and it has characteristics of PID control and can realize stepless speed regulation.Then this paper completes the design of hardware circuit and software program of the speed control system. In the hardware circuit design, this paper highlights the advantages of taking TVFSTM6810332 which is the representative of the STM32 microprocessor as the main control, and expounds the convenience which the IR2136 driving chip brings to the hardware circuit design,shows a description of the power supply, power driving and inverter, current sampling circuit anti interference measures and so on.In the software design, this paper focuses on the advantages of using STM32 development library,and describes the application of the modularization idea in the program design process of the main program, interrupt service program and fuzzy PID subprogram.Then this paper analyses the TVFSTM6810332 PWM advanced timer and the clock configuration.of system startup. Finally, the control system software is programmed into the hardware circuit to test and it has achieved good results, once again proving the validity and effectiveness of the design scheme.
