Improving the conductor allowable temperature is one of the main ways to improve the Transmission Line Capacity. An appropriate increase allowed in the current specification wire temperature is able to increase the system stable carrying capacity, thereby increasing the line to the normal transmission capacity.However, the grid "Jian-Heng" lines often run on a too-high temperature, worn-out equipment and transmission capacity is very low, which is extremely limited that only by increasing the operating temperature of conductor to increase the tolerance effect.
