With the rapid development of China’s economic and social, various types of buildingstructure of endless emerging. As a more mature structure type the concrete structureapplication of more and more. At present, the concrete structures in the constant-depthresearch, experts and scholars do a lot of concrete constitutive relationship theory research. But with the ever-expanding of engineering field, many problems are not taken seriouslybefore becoming the focus of the engineers. The cost of residential construction became animportant factor affecting development of the industry, cost control is referred to an importantlevel.Mass concrete structures construction, maintenance and use of the process, temperature, stress, crack analysis has important engineering significance. In this paper, the thermal stressanalysis through the introduction of mass concrete temperature measured and temperaturestress change, and compared with the formula for the calculation of the predicted value andthe finite element analysis values for comparison. By this way, to analysis the temperaturemeasured engineering stress crack meets requirements. In this paper, the steel consumptioninfluence factor analysis applied Guangxia structure design software on a high-level framestructure, by adjust various factors and analyzing the changes in the amount of steel to reflectthe design aspects of the feasibility of controlling the amount of steel. In this paper, some ofthe job has being done the following:1) The temperature of mass concrete thermal stress field theory and the theory ofsystematic order, and using the classic formula for calculation of temperature stresses in thetemperature structure predicted stress value;2) The actual project has been to analyze the temperature detection value, calculated bythe formula thermal stress measured under temperature stress;3) Using the finite element analysis software ansys, the measured temperature of thestructure of the finite element stress analysis of numerical simulation, and prediction, measurement and finite element analysis of the results;4) The design of the building structure to the construction from the entire process of analysis, to understand the various aspects of the impact on the amount of steel;5) For the structural design of factors, engineering examples to analyze the amount ofsteel in order to draw meaningful analysis of the actual project data. Finally, summarizes the work done, and propose the further issues to be addressed.
