As the special nature of the climate, most of the coal mines hoisting system in Inner Mongolia were adopt the well tower structure. With the recent construction of large coal mines, the well tower to keep a high, wide span direction, leading to more and more complex infrastructure and the increasing of the foundation structure size.The main and auxiliary shaft tower of the Bojiang-Haizi mine described in this paper reached the height of 92.15m and 82m. the largest concrete pouring reached 52709.8m3.In the mass concrete construction of the well tower palindromic form foundation, the bottom slab emerge a greater temperature change and thermal stress as the massive release of hydration heat, and temperature stress is the main reason for the early cracking of concrete produced. At present, the domestic studies of mass concrete construction temperature stress in the western region coal mine shaft tower palindromic form foundation also rarely carried out, it has important theoretical and practical significance for the future design and construction of the coal mine shaft tower in Inner Mongolia.This paper set the mass concrete construction of the Bojiang-Haizi mine shaft tower foundation in Inner Mongolia region as the background, based on the heat conduction principle and thermal elasticity mechanics, described the mass concrete temperature field and stress field calculation method, through the field measurement of the main shaft and the auxiliary shaft, the temperature variation law, the concrete strain law and the temperature stress law of the different concrete pouring sizes were explored. At the same time, combined with on-site construction conditions, using the finite element software ADINA to simulate, and obtained the changing laws of the concrete temperature field and stress field in different basic sizes and different pouring temperatures. This paper also according to the actual construction situation of the Bojiang-Haizi mine shaft tower, the related temperature stress control measures were proposed in concrete raw materials and additives, mix optimization and construction technology and other aspects, and ensured the safety construction of the tower foundation concrete project.Figure 53 Table 21 Reference 58...
