Hydraulic fork lifting platform is one of the important type of hydraulic liftingplatform, which is the multifunctional lifting and handling machinery equipment.Because of the simple and compact structure, easy operation, stable lifting, largeload-carrying capacity, convenience installation and service, it is widely used in thefactory, modern logistics, all kinds of work high above the ground and large equipmentmanufacture and maintenance. Today, because the lifting platform designed withtraditional methods lacks of proof theory and is based on experience largely, so that itsconfiguration is heavy and many functions still need to be improved. To sum up, it isextremely urgent to optimize the overall dimension and function of the traditional liftingplatform with the scientific methods.In this thesis, the stability of the hydraulic lifting platform is analyzed and somerelated parameters are determined, according to the overall dimension and technicalparameters of the special hydraulic fork lifting platform.By CAD three-dimensional software-Pro/E, the physical model is set up. Next theoptimized sample model is imported into the software ADAMS, and then the kinematicsand kinetics performance simulation of the model is done. The centroid displacementcurve, centroid speed curve, centroid horizontal speed curve, centroid vertical speedcurve, force curve about the hinge pin on the upper part of the platform and force curveabout the hinge pin on the lower part of the platform can be gotten. The results showthat the lifting platform is steady under normal working conditions, but there are stillsome fluctuations, and the reason of the fluctuations is determined.The strength of the lifting platform arm is analyzed by finite element method withthe software of ANSYS. Based on the analysis, structural optimization design has beendone by using APDL and the optimization module. The curve diagram of the variableparameters, state variables and the target function are educed and the final optimizationresults are obtained. The results show that the bulk volume of the arm from6661mm3falling to2291.3mm3, which reduces65.6%, so that the material consumption inmanufacturing can be reduced greatly.
