In recent years,with the promulgation of the policy of energy conservation and emissions reduction in our country,the green environmental protection plate demand is gradually increasing in the building materials industry.In order to meet market demand,east China,south China and other regions in China have increased spending on green environmental protection material research and development projects,Calcium silicate board as a kind of good green environmental protection board,the production line equipment has become the main object of study,and this paper is aimed at our country green sheet the main transportation equipment-calcium silicate board production line dedicated shear fork type hydraulic lifting platform for research.Due to the special shear fork type hydraulic lift platform usually come to some problem in the transport of calcium silicate board,such as energy consumption is too large,and the stability is not enough,so i need study analysis it through the use of reasonable scientific methods to make its use performance perfect better,the main research content is cut from the following several aspects:(1)Introducing the background?sources of this topic and shear fork type hydraulic lifting platform's research status and development at home and abroad,and bring the research purpose and meaning for the special shear fork type hydraulic lifting platform from the calcium silicate board production line,finally determines the main content of this topic research.(2)Establishing special shear fork the 3 d model of hydraulic lift platform,basing on Hypermesh software static strength analysis of critical load components,it is concluded that the important structure parameters,and checking its strength.(3)Establishing a simple mathematical model of special shear fork hydraulic lifting platform,and using the virtual displacement equilibrium equation for stability calculation,it is concluded that the lift platform values of maximum thrust hydraulic cylinder and the hinge point of component values,and the shear bearing capacity and stability of the piston rod fork arm through theoretical analysis,providing theoretical basis for the optimization of late.(4)Basing on Hypermesh software internal static strength analysis outside the frame parts,it is concluded that the structure parameters,and intensity,respectively;Then basing on the MATLAB optimization toolbox,the hydraulic cylinder position parameter optimization,the optimized analysis of Hypermesh to internally outside the frame parts,by contrast,verifying the correctness of the structural optimization.(5)On the basis of the parametric structure optimization theory,Using the OptiStruct software to its maximum stress concentration arm size-shape optimization of an outer layer,making it in accord with conditions,the strength stability of shear fork arm reduced volume and save some of the material,reduces the manufacturing cost.(6)For the special shear fork type hydraulic lifting platform before and after optimization,Making the series of test include no load and statistic load test?the hydraulic cylinder pressure detection test and the lift platform stability test,verifying the performance is improved after optimization of special shear fork type hydraulic lifting platform.
