| Diesel engine electronic control has been analyzed in this paper, to be aimed at low cost,small or middle power diesel engine, electronic control system was designed for high pressureinjection pump diesel engine. The main function of this system contains electronic speedgovernor, Fuel injection advance angle control, EGR control and SCR control. However, speedgovernor was discussed mainly in this paper. Overall plan was discussed in the first place, andmain parts of this system was selected or designed. According to overall plan, hardware circuitwas designed in this paper, witch contains MCU micro system, power drive, signal inputinterface, communication interface. The circuit has compatibility and reliability, as a result, thecontroller can work in wide voltage range reliably and stably. Based on hardware circuit,software was designed. The method witch combined classic incremental PID and fuzzy controlwas applied in actuator adjustment, speed drop control and PID control compatibility wasrealized by outer load tracking method. The debugging experiment proved that diesel engineworks reliably and stably. Speed governor react fast which is favorable toward promoting thegrowth of diesel engine’s economy. This system built fuel injection advance angle control, EGRcontrol and SCR control hardware and software platform which can realize these functions bybench calibration. The whole system promoted the performance of traditional diesel engine, andintegrated fuel injection advance angle control, EGR control and SCR control. Low cost dieselengine performance can be promoted much and this system has high performance-price ratio. |
