This PHC pile called the high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile. As a new type ofengineering piles, High strength prestressed concrete pipe pile has many advantages. Theseyears, with resort to its high bearing capacity, flexural behavior, stable and reliable quality,large scope of application, fast construction speed, convenient to supervision and detection,prestressed high strength concrete pipe pile has been more and more widely used in variousconstruction projects in China, and received significant technical benefits and economicbenefits. The load-bearing mechanism of opening pile is complex than the load-bearingmechanism of ordinary precast piles. Many scholars and experts do some research on thecarrying capacity of high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile at home and abroad. Butthere is still no reasonable theory method to explain the problem about the load transfermechanism of pipe pile at present, and there is no integral and systematic analysis andcomparison to the various complex factors. This article applied MIDAS/GTS software toanalyse the load-carrying properties of high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile andreasonably model the pile foundation, and set a rational contact surface between pile soil andestablish friction unit, applied a numerical simulation to imitate the load transfer of PHC, thuswe could understand the load-bearing mechanism of PHC. And this article Choosed thedifferent interaction between pipe pile with soil, relevant finite element model was establishedand the related numerical calculation method was applied, thus we could relatively accuratecalculate the bearing capacity of the single pile and the subsidence of pile under the load.Take Zhengzhou tianming international square engineering for an example, usethree-dimensional models for corresponding calculations and compare the results with themeasured ones, simulation approaches can work well to predict performance of prestressedconcrete pipe, experimemt prove that the non-linear finite element numerical analysis isreliable, and ensure the finite element method in high strength prestressed concrete pipe pileload transfer is correct. Analyse the impact of bearing charicteristic and settlement,we candraw some conclusions. By the example of tianming engineering, it shows that establishmentof the model and calculation method is reasonable. Thus, the selected parameters data is morecorrect and model is closer to the actual project, the maximum capacity of pile is betterforecasted in the project design. MIDAS/GTS software provided a quick and efficientcomputational methods for the vertical load and settlement curve of pipe pile, we couldresearch the load-bearing properties of pipe pile by means of the numerical analysis method, we should grasp the working characteristics of pipe pile and provide reference for thefeasibility and economical efficiency of this pile in some practical engineering in order toapply to the practical project.
