This paper according to the technical indicators of domestic loader hydraulicsystem and the requirements to the Multiwayvalve, designed and developed a Multiwayvalve used in domestic five tons loader’hydraulicsystem, have done some simple analysis and theoretical calculation to its function and principle of operation, Preliminary confirmed the product’main dimensions and parameters.This paper, by using numerical simulation which is an advanced design mean, and COSMOSFloworks which is a powerful fluid simulation software, have done optimization analysis based on the flow field simulation to the valve body’flow structure, established numerical analysis model which suitable for Multiwayvalve’ pressure loss, flow velocity and flow research based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) theory, and And through the analytic comparison between the simulation data and the test data, Verified the analysis model’rationality and simulation method’correctness, explore a feasible way for the similar product’development optimizing.This paper, based on the flow field simulation, have done the analysis and comparison to two kinds of half-circle opening throttling slot’ pressure flow characteristics, flow velocity and flow state.and was analyzed and compared with the theoretical calculation and test data.This paper, based on COSMOSWORKS which is the finite element analysis software, had done the optimization analysis of strength, stress, deformation and safety factor to the valve body.This paper, adopted advanced computer measurement test techonology, have done verification experimental verification to the simulation analysis result include performance norm, micro-motion speciality, transient characteristics, reliability Life, On the one hand assessmented the product’s technical indexes, on the other hand have done the contrast analysis to the simulation calculation.
