High speed on-off hydraulic valve has a broad application prospect,because of its high response speed,strong anti-fouling performance,simple structure,miniaturization and so on.However,due to the relatively complicated flow state inside the high speed on-off hydraulic valve,the low pressure area and the oil reflux are often produced during the high speed opening and closing process of the valve core.These phenomena will affect the stability of the flow field inside the plate valve and the flow rate of the high speed on-off valve.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the stability of internal flow field and the characteristics of flow and pressure by optimizing the structure of high speed on-off valve.Aiming at the problems of small flow rate and instability of internal flow field in high speed on-off valve,a new type of high speed plate type on-off valve structure is designed.The working principle of the new type of plate valve core structure is briefly introduced.According to the opening shape of plate valve,the flow equation of valve opening is deduced according to the opening shape of valve core and the opening and closing process.The flow field models of two-hole and three-hole plate valves with different openings were established,and the Mesh component of ANSYS Workbench is chosen to mesh the model.The standard turbulence model is selected for numerical simulation using FLUENT simulation software.The pressure distribution and velocity distribution under the same pressure and different opening degree are obtained.The flow field under each opening degree is discussed in detail with the distribution of pressure and velocity,and the structure and parameters of the optimization model are obtained.The stability analysis of flow field under different pressure is carried out.Through the choice of dynamic grid updating mode and the programming of UDF program,the moving grid technology is applied to the simulation of the opening and closing process of plate high speed on-off valve.The moving grid technology is applied to the simulation of the moving boundary of the plate high speed switch valve.The Spring method and Remeshing method are selected to update the moving grid,and the UDF program was written.Based on the FLUENT software,the flow field line distribution and pressure distribution in the plate valve flow field are analyzed by continuous dynamic simulation of the flow field in the plate high speed on-off valve under certain working conditions.The transient variation of the velocity time and pressure time of the high speed on-off valve are obtained.The flow characteristics of the plate valve structure are analyzed and the rationality of the valve core structure design is verified.
