In order to solve the problems of urban traffic congestion, and reduce exhaust emission of urban vehicle, carrying out of the underground railway traffic construction had become the preferred approach in the development of public transport in many cities. Buildings of rail traffic line are dense, and underground pipe network is complex. There are a lot of potential security issues during the construction, which will be affected on security and stability of the surrounding environment. In order to ensure safety in production and clear responsibility of the parties, surrounding environment of the construction site is carried on deformation monitoring by third party, which is necessary. This thesis outlined that purposes, characteristics, main tasks, etc on third-party monitoring of civil construction in the rail traffic. It combines the engineering example about third-party monitoring of civil construction in the Changsha Metro Rail Traffic No.2Line, and introduced specific content, general techniques and methods of third-party monitoring of civil construction in the rail traffic. Then, introduced adjusted methods and data analysis methods of the monitoring network in the technology of deformation monitoring and recommended the content of feedback on monitoring information in the third-party monitoring. Finally, introduced the principles of system design, system functional design, system components, design of interface on monitoring information management system, database design and other contents of construction environment monitoring information management and security warning system. To summarize the key and difficult points on third-party monitoring work of rail traffic, and pinot out the research direction.
