First,analysis the current status and safety warning system at home and abr oad. Second, comprehend the station workflow, combined Zhanyi situation to stu dy how to change control from artificial control computer control and computer monitoring system with the railway information connection, to achieve system sta tus automatic conversion, and in order to improve the efficiency of the railway workers,change the account type from manual records to computer, and from the workers’ require develop a occupy board. Finally,from the need of early warnin g systems, the station workflow, date transmission, system architecture and datab ase, on this basis, using VC++as a development tool, designed and developed railway traffic early warning system.Based on the design and development work, the thesis test the early warning functions and communication functions of railway traffic early warning system.
