The Research On The Overall Regional Urban Design Based On The Urban Theme Culture

China is in the stage of rapid development of urbanization, and "quantity" of the urban space environment is expanding rapidly. But it’s lack of urban space environment "quality ", for example, ignoring the city culture, taking the urban ecological destruction, losing the features of landscape and so on. The lack of urban culture results in lack of spirit power in the development of city. So the crisis of urban characteristic appears. The lack of urban space environment "quality " and urban characteristic cause scholars pay more attention to the function of urban theme culture for the role of urban development and urban design.Urban theme culture is special culture based on characteristic resource and has uniqueness of material resources and regional monopoly of special culture. Urban theme culture is urban context internally and is urban image externally, which promotes characteristics of the Overall Region Urban Design format as a core power.The Overall Region Urban Design emphasizes integration design of spatial resources, which is influenced by functional factors, human factors, natural factors and urban theme culture so on. The Overall Region Urban Design includes urban spatial system and urban landscape system. Study found that the Overall Region Urban Design makes urban space environment design as a core of it, including urban overall Orientation the overall spatial development framework、urban space environment design、urban management. At the same time, urban space environment design is made up of urban form space environment design and urban culture space environment design. But general pattern of the Overall Region Urban Design does not emphasize on urban culture space environment design enough, lacking of system forms. So it cannot form urban space image, losing city characteristic.Urban theme culture influences the Overall Region Urban Design by function mechanism and carrier mechanism. Based on urban theme culture, the Overall Region Urban Design concept changes, which is shown as the deepening of the urban overall orientation, the strengthening of urban management and the creative design of urban space environment, including the inheritance of urban cultural contexts and the integration of culture characteristics space. Based on urban theme culture, the Overall Region Urban Design framework includes the inheritance of urban cultural contexts and the integration of culture characteristics space, the overall framework of urban space and urban form space environment design of three parts.Finally, the article takes the Overall Region Urban Design in Qingkou as a case, which uses the concrete application of the above theory, lasting context, integrating culture characteristics space and creating urban characteristics under the theme of "CAR&CULTURE".
