Presently, as the development of business and services, complex structures building in building industry have become a hot trend. Due to the particularity of the appearance and internal structure, the design of complex structures has no forming norms and rules to depend on, the rationality of the basic parameter needed by dynamical characteristic and the calculation formula for the design and calculation which is not enough.Together with current frequent seismic activity and the increase construction accidents of construction process, so in the construction process, to study the complex structure’s change rules of dynamic characteristics is imperative.Through the dynamic characteristics test of changsha concert hall structure in construction stage, and the finite element analysis, so it will make us understand the inherent attribute of structure itself, which not only can be used to verify the rationality of the design, be the basis for design of such structures and the formulation of relevant regulations, but also can provide recommendation measures for the problems of construction stage, and also will be the foundation on further promoting such structures. The main research contents include the following four areas as follo wings:1. For the study of complex structure construction stage of the dynamic characteristics, when the concert hall in not sealing top and sealing top two stage, we did two dynamic tests by ambient vibration, acceleration pulse time history of the measuring points is received.2. With analysis of professional software DASP, natural vibration frequency (period)、vibration mode and damping ratio of model structure with not sealing top and sealing top are obtained, and then analyze the the change rule of the dynamic characteristics after the two tests.3. Based on the model experiment, according to the fundamental theory of the structure’s dynamic analysis and using finite element software MIDAS/GEN, a three-dimensional finite element analysis model is established under the different live load reduction factors, the modal analysis of finite element model is conducted, the dynamical characteristics of archetypal structure are obtained, then analyzes the change reasons of the dynamic characteristics. By comparing the results of the test results and numerical simulation calculation, the correctness of this model and the computational method are confirmed and the causes of error are analyzed. 4. In order to further understand the construction factors on the dynamic characteristics influence of the complex structure, based on the finite element model in this paper and still using finite element software MIDAS/GEN, to imitate construction scaffolding and infilled walls, and set planting roof with adding constant load form, to obtain the dynamical characteristics of structure and study the differences of the dynamic characteristics when the complex structure is in scaffolding and after adding infilled walls and planting roof, in order to obtain some constructive conclusions for a reference in the complex structure field.
