Nowadays as the energy crisis is becoming more and more serious, Wind power beenpay more and more attention to the use of wind power. Usually the use of wind power hastwo methods: one method is convert wind energy into electrical energy or another methodis direct converting wind energy into mechanical energy. This topic developed a smallautomatic wind drive automatic feeder machine, and is suitable for small volume, low windspeed area use this machine of wind drive automatic feeder in those low wind speed areahas more positive significance.The main research of this paper is as follows:Wind drive automatic feeder machine impeller design, use aerodynamics and relevanttheoretical knowledge to design the impeller, designed a wind face big impeller typeimpeller of axial flow backward structure, designed the size and structure of the leaf bladeon the base of the structure stress analysis, choose the leaves of the wing type, Angle ofattack Angle, and export angleļ¼›.Wind drive automatic feeder machine drive system design: analyses and designed thetransmission system, the use of a cylindrical mechanism realized the reciprocating feedingaction, choose the deformation regular pattern of sine acceleration for the push rodmovement rules, and used analytical method and geometric method combining the designcontour curves; Used eccentric slider-crank mechanism to implement the multiplemovement of vertical direction, Used analytical method to design the eccentric slider-crankmechanism of each component trajectory, and design the ruler and silo, realized two-direction feed.Used the Pro/E soft to design3d modeling of the key parts of wind drive automaticfeeder machine, and analysis the assembly, based on the result simulation optimize design,and finally achieved a perfect design.
