High Performance Ferrocement Laminate is a new reinforcement method, sinceit appeared, due to their traditional way of strengthening irreplaceable advantages, sothat in the building structure reinforcement and repair are widely used.This paper usesthe high performance composite cement mortar reinforced with mesh reinforcementmethod, reinforced concrete beam after fire on the bearing capacity of normal crosssection of.On the basis of standards, we derive a simple and practical strengthening ofreinforced concrete beams subjected to fire the normal section bearing to the formula,for China’s engineering and technical personnel in the reinforced concrete beam afterfire in reinforcement design to provide certain help.In this paper the main contentsand results are as follows:(1) Summarize the domestic and foreign building after fire reinforcement useda series of traditional method, of various reinforcement methods advantages anddisadvantages and scope of application are compared, introduces in detail the highperformance cement mortar reinforced with mesh reinforcement concrete memberafter fire background and construction technology.(2)Using finite element analysis software ANSYS of concrete beam crosssection temperature field of nonlinear simulation, through the ANSYS specificationsfor different beam at different heating time of the simulation results, summarizes thedifferent beam sizes at standard temperature at time t=30min, t=60min, t=90min, t=120min, t=150min, t=180min under various conditions of300centigrades and800centigrades internal isotherm position changes made at the same time, different fireresistance limit temperature charts, for in the actual engineering direct access.(3)On three side fire RC beam under high temperature of fire variation ofmechanical properties were studied, at the same time put forward under fire RC beamthe right section of residual bearing capacity calculation method. The two step modelas the foundation, this paper developed the different fire resistance limit temperaturechart, will fire the residual capacity of RC beam by nonlinear analysis into specificqualitative simplified calculation.(4)On the assumption of plane section and the equivalent reduced T shapedcross section based on the model, deduced from thehigh performance ferrocementlaminate after fire RC beam cross section bearing capacity of simplified formula withexperimental verification calculation formula. At last, introduced the simplified formula in the practical engineeringapplication.
