High performance ferrocement laminate-bonded steel joint reinforcement method is a new reinforcement method. The reinforcement method takes Angle steel, high strength steel strand and polymer mortar as main materials,besides it can be operated easily and has a significant effect on improving concrete pillars ultimate bearing capacity and deformation capacity. The current research of the reinforcement method is still at the initial stage, the bias of RC column strengthened performance study is less, the corresponding formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity for bias has not been established.This paper is based on axial compression test of the high performance ferrocement laminate-bonded steel joint reinforce RC column and uses ANSYS finite element software to establish the model of RC column axial compression reinforcement for proving the validity of the finite element model, besides establishing the reinforcement of high performance mortar-stick steel joint reinforcement bias column model, analysing performance of the reinforced bias column.the paper simulated nine small bias pillars and nine big bias pillars from the aspects of the load-bearing capacity, stress-strain graphics, deflection curve,the influence of the bias pillars,s load-carrying capacity and deformation caused by eccentricity and mortar strength.This paper concludes that the reinforcement method can improve the bearing capacity of small bias pillars and large bias pillars on different level; simulation of stress and strain effect in line with the expected results; after reinforcement bias column can improve ductility and have very good later carrying capacity;Eccentricity and mortar strength can influence reinforcement effect, eccentricity influence is more significant, the greater the eccentricity, the lower bias load-carrying capacity and the earlier into the elastic-plastic stage. Finally the paper proposed the of high performance ferrocement laminate-bonded steel joint reinforce RC columns for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of small bias columns and large bias columns to provide reference for practical engineering.
