The researchers hadn’t paid attention to the anti-seismic issues of curve girderbridge,until the San Fernando (San Fernando) earthquake in1971.Though there wassome great progress in anti-seismic study of the curve bridge later,the curved girderbridges were seriously damaged and even completely collapsed in the destructiveearthquake.And these show that anti-seismic issues of the curve girder bridge haven’tbeen resolved well yet.Therefore,to curve girder bridge,the research on the law ofseismic response and the technique of seismic isolation and reduction is of greatsignificance.In this paper,we take a curve continuous girder bridge with three jointspans as the research object,analysis the modal,the linear and nonlinear seismictime-history and so on.The main parts of the paper are as following:1. Briefly describes the seismic damage characteristics and causes of bridgestructure,and the design principles and methods of anti-seismic bridge;Collects theresearch data on seismic response analysis of curved girder bridge at domestic andoverseas;Introduces the relevant provisions of the anti-seismic design of the curvegirder bridge on the national code.2. Based on the large-scale structure finite element analysis softwareSAP2000,describes in detail how to properly simulate the main beam,Pier,supportabutment,pile-soil structure interaction on the model for dynamic analysis of curvedgirder,and considers whether the interaction of pile-soil structure has effect ondynamic behavior of curved bridge or not.3. Has the parametric analysis to seismic response of curved girder bridge:research on the seismic response law and the most adverse incentive direction ofcurved girder bridge under excitations of different seismic waves,different waycurvature radius and support conditions.4. Briefly introduces the basic concept and mechanism of isolationtechnology,and the development history of isolation technology and research statusboth home and abroad;introduces several mechanical models of the seismic isolationand simulation methods with SAP2000,and analyses the seismic isolation to a curvedgirder bridge based on lead rubber bearing isolator.5. Analyses the bearing parameter of a curved girder bridge based on LRBbearing;compares the effect of different characteristics of seismic waves on the curve bridge seismic isolation,and explores how to simulate the mechanical properties of theLRB more efficiently and accurately.
