Variable current device for DC High current and power electronics is a comprehensive subject.The development of it combines power electronic technology,electromagnetic theory and mechanical design theory.lt is a necessary power supply in chemical industry,metallurug and colored processing.This kind of power supply beares high current.The high current can generate powerful magnetic field around conductor.For the complex distribution of the magnetic field and the magnetic influence around the rectifier copper bars,the rectifier results and reliability of the variable current devices will be influenced greatly.so variable current device for DC High current and power electronics need a kind of rational structure after the determination of power electronic devices.We need a rational structure of variable current device for DC High current and power electronics,and obtaine better rectifier results,less heat,better operation effect and more convenient application.The thesis combines practical application of variable current device for DC High current and power electronics.Aiming at the disadvantages which exist in variable current device for DC High current and power electronics,especially use ANSYS and simulate the magnetic field intensity distribution,power loss and eddy current loss around the rectifier copper bars.According to the simulating,summarize magnetic field intensity distribution around two rectifier copper bars when they are flowing in the same direction or reverse direction current.Specially simulate one of the rectifier copper bar,and research magnetic field intensity distribution of it when there are different sizes of current, different distance between copper bars of thyristor and copper bars of fast fuse, different distance among connection copper bars.Basised on the research above,considering total design of variable current device for DC High current and power electronics,analysis electric circuit principle,the reasons of current sharing of thyristor in parallel circuit,the measures of decreasing current sharing,the method of avoiding magnetic of variable current device,the key factors in design of variable current device box,the style of cooling,the selection of copper bars and the arrangement of the copper bars. Combining the rusults of simulation and practical application,the cooling pipeline,rectifier copper bars,component bars are designed. The structure of variable current device for DC High current and power electronics is optimized.Finally,the rational structure of variable current device for DC High current and power electronics is designed.
