Characteristic Analysis Of Auto Parts Forming Based On CAE

Injection molding is extremely important machining technique in the modern plastics industry, suitable for plastic products of big production with complex shape and precise size. Using CAE technology in the mold can find the design problems before production, So it can reduce the mold design cycle, improve product quality, reduce production costs.Plastic products can lead to uneven shrinkage, residual stress and warpage issues in the molding process, impact the product quality directly. In this paper, auto parts forming characteristic analysis as the starting point, based on analysis the causes and control of the warpage, and from improve the quality the products shaping as the start, apply sophisticated injection molding CAE software Moldfolw, built products and mold flow road system and the cooling system of the finite element model, simulate and analyse the injection molding process.In this paper, effectively reduce products warpage caused by uneven shrinkage target is proposed, and showed pouring gate design and cooling system design and packing design curves and different mold designs based on the CAE technology. For each program flow, cooling or warpage analysis, simulate the actual filling, keeping stress, cooling, predict the parts of the stress distribution in the molding process, shrinkage and warpage, etc., After the comparison of the results for data analysis to determine the forming the best solution.After improving shape of warpage defects targeted, then have a certain practical value and practical significance.
