| The process of urban modernization in our country is developing rapidly since the reform and opening up. To pursuit the architecture’s versatility and beautiful structure, many domestic cities appear ultra high-floor, cantilever, and large span of space structure and so on. The large template construction support system will be used more extensively in the future. However, due to the designers’error and improper construction in the construction site, it is common to see the accident of template collapse, which caused serious casualties and economic losses. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the stability theory and the safety of large template support structure.Based on the Crossing Campaign Memorial project in Hefei, this thesis gives an analysis of the ultra large cantilever beam template support structure system by adopting theoretical analysis, indoor model test and numerical mock calculation, and combined with the research method of in-situ testing. The research manly includes the following:1. By consulting relevant literature on the typical collapse accident of large template support, the thesis presents five common collapse-patterns of such structure.2. By deducing Euler formula of supporting at both ends of hinged bearings and axial compressive force under arbitrary boundary conditions, the thesis does research on the stability theory of ultra large cantilever beam template support structure system, and comes to some common coefficient of lever calculation length.3. Doing indoor model test of large template support structure based on the similarity theory and getting the transferring rules of the axial force of the pole and the mechanical characteristics of the bar’s, which will provide data support for similar projects in the design and construction of the frame body.4. Using ANSYS to imitate the stressing process of the ultra large cantilever beam template support structure system and compared with theoretical calculating results and site monitoring data, to verify the program’s safety of the formwork support, hoping to provide engineering guidance to similar projects design and construction.5. Based on the information-based construction technology of the ultra large cantilever beam template support structure of the Crossing Campaign Memorial project, this thesis introduces respectively the on-site monitoring program, monitoring content, and monitoring equipment, etc, which will offer a good practical guidance to the similar projects monitoring. |
