With the developing of construction industry in China,cast-in-situ concrete structures which are high,large and heavy in projects have been emerging in recent years.As a temporary support structure of the cast-in-situ concrete,high template support is required more strictly in its construction and safety technology.However,its theoretical research is not mature yet,coupled with design and construction is not standardized,resulting in the support structure deforms and becomes too large or even collapse.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out systematic research on high template support.This dissertation,firstly,introduces the research results of scaffolding and template construction at home and abroad,and based upon the results,the stability theory of support structure is studied.Secondly,it analyzes and makes recommendations on the question of doubt and non-uniformity in the existing normative standards.At last,in order to reduce the occurrence of the collapse accident,the dissertation takes the high template support of Vietnam-China Friendship Palace as a example,and carries out the special design and calculation,as well as it explores the force law of the template,based on the simulated experiment on fem software and real-time monitoring on template body.The research results and main conclusion of this dissertation are:(1)The axial force is largely impacted by the construction load of beam in the example.lt is suggested for the similar high templates support that the normal values of construction load is more than 2.5kN/m2.(2)Contrary to the top of upright tube,the bottom is influenced less obviously by the weight of cast-in-situ concrete and construction load,hence,it is advised that the lift height of horizontal tube could be narrowed appropriately in the top part of the high templates structure.(3)Even though the measured axial force at the top of the upright tubes is greater than the bottom,the horizontal tube can balance the uneven force,so the two-direction knots of horizontal tubes should be emphasized.The stability of the template can be improved by setting the digonal bracing in horizontal and vertical,as well as the hinged joints between digonal bracing and upright tubes.(4)The specific monitoring methods of wireless real-time monitoring system is put forward.It is advised that taking the simulated experiment on fem software and real-time monitoring system to be effective ways to reduce the collapse accidents.
